You are Amazing and so is Your Blog Award

Hello dearies. The most lovely Sophia nominated me for this delightful tag. Thank you girly. You are much too sweet. <3

The Rules:

1. Copy and paste these rules on to your award post.
2. Come up with at least 5 fun questions for your nominees to answer.
3. Nominate at least 5 people who you think are amazing and have an amazing blog.
4. List at least one reason why you appreciate the people you nominated.
5. Put this award on your sidebar or award/tag page if you were nominated.
6. Leave a comment on your nominees' blogs letting them know they've been nominated.

My Questions:

Swimming or Tanning?

Swimming. Because I don't tan. I burn.

Beach or Mall?

Would you rather wear a messy bun or elegant curls?

I think that depends on the mood I'm in. Generally, I like to wear my hair in a messy bun, but on some days I want to feel really pretty, so I curl it. :}

Are your friends tall or short?

It seems like all my friends are short. XD

On a rating from 1 to 10 how much do you love your design?

Nine. I worked on this design for months, and I am so happy with the way it turned out. :)

Anyone who'd like to participate. :)

Nominees Questions:

Favorite season?
If you were a Disney princess, which one would you be?
Favorite social media site?
Apple or Android?
What is your biggest dream you want to accomplish?

I think I may not do tags/awards from now on. I've finally found my blogging niche, and I don't think those types of posts are fitting for my site... Sorry darlings. :}

Thanks for reading. <3

xx Nicole Rose

  1. I don't due tags/awards either haha But this looked fun, so I thought I'd do my answers in a comment instead;)

    Favorite season? - Autumn
If you were a Disney princess, which one would you be? - Belle or Rapunzel
Favorite social media site? - Instagram
    Apple or Android? - Apple
What is your biggest dream you want to accomplish? - become a recording artist and publish a written work of mine, as well.

Hope you have a lovely weekend!

  2. I've been contemplating whether to continue to do blog tags or awards... Perhaps under some circumstances I may, but most of the time I wouldn't.

Favorite Season? Spri...umm...tumn? I like a lot of the seasons.
If you were a Disney Princess, which would you be? I've taken a lot of Disney quizzes on the Disney Blog (I'm such a huge fan of all things Disney) and when I went to Disney World and took the Ultimate Character Personality Quiz, I ended up recieving Belle, and I could totally see the resemblance-- our heads are up in the clouds and we are constantly reading. If I could only sing as well as she could...
Favorite social media site? Goodreads, because I roleplaying with my real life friends there.
Apple or Android? Apple, but Android is cool too.
What is your biggest dream you want to accomplish? Become a successful and published author having books of the New York Best Selling List!

    xoxo Morning

How to Begin Your Self-Love Journey This Year

When I originally had the idea for this piece of writing I’m about to share with you, I was in a place of transition. I didn’t know my place in the world, I didn’t know if I was worth it and I certainly didn’t feel like I could love myself. Here I am almost a year later, an example of how this works - if you choose to put it into practice. You can improve and learn to love yourself. You can take the steps that bring you into a better place.

I won’t say it was easy and I certainly won’t say I had overnight success, but when you learn to fight your battles one at a time, you’ll be able to look back and see how far you’ve come.

Are you ready to take the first step?

Self Love: Step one I have always been a timid person. I’ve always had trouble keeping the standards I have for myself something below what I deem “perfect”. I enjoy discipline and when I don’t know what to do or my world is shaken, I’m hard on myself.

That’s just who I am.

With that said, I've always felt like I was not a…

A Love Letter

To my dear, blooming Rose - Attached to this letter is not only my love, but my gratitude, thankfulness and a small box of decadent dark chocolates. I would've had flowers delivered too, but no measly plant could ever compare or express my feelings toward you.

Ahh, my dear. You are my truest bundle of joy. It does not matter what mood you are in - you light up my day in the most wonderful of ways.

Your smile makes the sun jealous. Your embrace makes me feel full. Your laughter - so thick and loud - makes me want to laugh too.

What I love most is when you are truly and purely being yourself - because that's who you're meant to be.

With much love and kisses blown with a wink,
Your Secret Admirer

PS: Maybe we could share those chocolates later, eh?

When you need some uplifting, write yourself a love letter. Be silly and positive. Analyze yourself. Amp up your best qualities. De-sock your feet as you write and wiggle your toes as your write (then put your socks back on b…

How to Manage Your Creative Time
